What to expect

  1. Once a referral from your family physician is received and accepted at Summit NeuroCare you can expect to receive a call from us within 2 business days to book you in for an appointment.

  2. One the day, please bring your health card to validate your details and any medication you are currently prescribed. If your health card has expired, we request that you renew it before attending.

  3. Your consultation will last anywhere from an hour to 1.5 hours. If medications are indicated this will be prescribed and a prescription will be sent to a pharmacy of your choosing.

  4. Some follow-up may be provided depending on individual circumstances.
